The celebrations are held annually during the week of June 15, the day of the martyrdom of S. Vito, patron saint of Montalto.
The religious events begin with the Holy Mass preceded by the rite of the delivery of the keys, accompanied by the historical representatives of the castles of Porchia and Patrignone. They end with the Sunday mass, which often coincides with the celebrations of CorpusDomini and the procession bearing thesaint’s relicsthrough the streets of the town.
Civil events range from the inter-municipal soccer tournament to the final concert inSistus V Square, from the Terre Sistine car show and motorcycle rally to the dance school rehearsal. There is also the Aperiparty – aperitifs with musical entertainment and local products.
